reframe52 project lab

Equity-focused mentorship for writing and project development

Available virtually

What is project lab?

project lab is reframe52’s one-on-one coaching service designed to support individuals through high-stakes academic, professional, and creative moments. From resumes to portfolios, personal statements to project design—we offer thoughtful, equity-centered feedback to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.

We created project lab to challenge the barriers built into traditional mentorship and editing services. Here, your identity, voice, and lived experience are part of the process—not something to be edited out.

  • Early-career professionals and job seekers

  • Artists and creatives

  • Community leaders and organizers

  • Especially those navigating systemic barriers: BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, disabled, and underrepresented individuals

why it works

  • Affirming mentorship  Clients often tell us we’re the first mentors who reflect or affirm their identities. That visibility matters.

  • Equity at the core — We don’t just support your work — we challenge the systems that make it harder to tell your story.

  • Sliding scale access — Our pricing reflects real-world needs and removes the gatekeeping often found in professional support services.

how to access services

  • All sessions are currently offered virtually

  • Appointments are booked at least two weeks in advance to allow time for thoughtful review

  • Collaborative coworking sessions and project design feedback are also available—see booking page for updates
