reframe52 was founded by queer women and women of color to help organizations move beyond surface-level diversity initiatives. Our intersectional, scaffolded education helps sports organizations ask deeper questions, examine systems that shape outcomes, and build cultures where athletes, staff, and leadership can all thrive.
